Refund Policy

What this policy covers

It applies to paid mentoring batches, workshops, and written service agreements with Best IAS Coaching Institute. It does not apply to third-party platforms, payment gateway charges outside our control, or free digital content.

Refund eligibility

• Before service start: Full refund of the fee paid (minus non-refundable gateway charges, if any) if you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the stated start date.
• Within 48 hours of start: Partial refund may be considered if no material mentoring sessions were delivered, at Best IAS Coaching Institute’s discretion and per your written agreement.
• After substantial delivery: Fees are generally non-refundable once mentoring, materials, or scheduled sessions have been substantially provided.

Non-refundable items

• Completed one-to-one sessions and delivered workshop seats
• Digital materials already unlocked or downloaded under your enrolment
• Payment processing fees charged by banks or gateways when non-recoverable
• No-shows without prior written cancellation within the stated window

How to request a refund

1. Email info@bestiascoachinginstitute.com with subject “Refund request”.
2. Include full name, payment reference, service name, and reason.
3. We acknowledge within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days.
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Disputes may be escalated via our Grievance Officer.
